The concerns about whether the generator set is operating normally. Haixing generator set technicians remind you of several points that need to be paid attention to at all times:
1. AC ammeter: The needle indicates whether the indicator is normal, switch the current switch, measure the phase current value between each phase sequence, and try not to exceed 10%.
2. AC voltage meter: Is the voltage indicated by the meter pin normal?
3. Whether the oil pressure indicated by the oil pressure gauge is within the normal range.
4. Charging meter: Whether the pointer is in the direction of (+).
5. Whether the water temperature indicated by the water temperature meter is within the normal range of 65℃~93℃.
6. Tachometer: Is the engine's rotation number appropriate? (1800 rpm for 60Hz)
7. Whether there is any abnormal sound or vibration of the generator engine.
