Zichai New Energy helps Inner Mongolia's ferroalloy tail gas power generation project officially put into operation - another alloy tail gas power generation project was successfully implemented

Recently, the hydrogen-rich tail gas power generation project of Inner Mongolia Fengzhen Guoan Ferroalloy Co., Ltd. successfully generated electricity. The successful operation of this project is another important achievement in the park's promotion of comprehensive energy utilization and the development of clean energy, and has injected new momentum into regional green and low-carbon development.

The project relies on the tail gas resources generated by the ferroalloy submersible furnace in the park and is equipped with five sets of 1500kW generator sets produced by Zibo Zichai New Energy Co., Ltd. Through systematic and integrated design, efficient coordination of alloy exhaust gas transportation pipelines, generator sets and waste heat utilization equipment is achieved. After the project is completed, multi-stage and efficient recycling of alloy exhaust gas can be carried out, effectively improving the comprehensive utilization level of energy and resource utilization efficiency, and realizing 'turning waste into treasure'. The annual power generation of the first phase of the project is about 50 million kWh, which can save users about 20 million yuan in electricity bills and 15,000 tons of standard coal every year, injecting strong impetus into the company's green and low-carbon transformation.

The gas generator set used in this project has mature technology, high degree of intelligence, and stable and reliable operation. While ensuring power generation efficiency, it also significantly reduces system operation complexity and operation and maintenance intensity, providing a strong guarantee for the long-term safe and stable operation of the project. After the project is put into operation, it will effectively improve the park's self-power supply capacity, reduce dependence on purchased electricity, optimize the energy structure, and simultaneously reduce carbon emission intensity, in line with the national green development strategy and energy security requirements.

In the first year of the '15th Five-Year Plan', this project serves as another demonstration project in the field of alloy tail gas power generation. It fully reflects the excellent adaptability of Zichai New Energy Company's products to alloy tail gas, as well as the in-depth and efficient collaboration with various partners in technology research and development, system integration and engineering applications. All parties will adhere to the development concept of mutual benefit and win-win, and continue to promote the engineering and large-scale application of clean energy technology through resource sharing and complementary advantages.
