When the paper pads in the oil pan, cylinder head, gear chamber cover, crankcase back cover of the diesel engine leak, as long as the paper pad is intact and the joint surface is clean, you can apply a layer of butter on both sides of the paper pad and tighten the bolts to prevent leakage. If you change to a new paper pad, soak the new paper pad in diesel for 10 minutes before installation, then remove it and wipe it clean, apply a layer of butter on the joint surface before installing it. 4. Liquid sealant leak treatment method When solid gasket defects (such as pits, grooves, and cracks) appear on the diesel engine and form interfacial leakage and destructive leakage, use liquid sealant to apply on the cleaned solid gasket bonding surface. After curing, a uniform, stable and continuous adhesion of peelable film gasket can be formed to prevent and control leakage. 5. Anaerobic glue treatment method When leakage occurs in ventilation bolts, double-headed bolts, screw plugs, etc. on diesel engines, apply anaerobic glue to clean bolts, threads or screw holes, which can quickly cure to form a film, fill the gaps of the parts, and withstand high pressure. Dimension recovery glue treatment method When leakage occurs on the shaft and sleeve, bearing and bearing seat, valve and valve seat, self-tightening oil seal, felt cup and packing filler on the diesel engine, the dimension recovery glue can be applied to the worn parts of the cleaned fitting parts. After curing, a film layer with heat resistance and high mechanical strength is formed. Adhesive glue and leak treatment method. When leakage occurs, the body parts on the diesel engine, such as sand holes and air holes in the oil tank, water tank, oil pipe, water pipe, etc., apply adhesive glue to the clean damaged area to achieve the effect of leakage treatment.
