Diesel engine self-priming pump unit

Overview:

       The ZCSB series self-priming diesel water pump unit is a novel structure product developed successfully based on repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad. The pump group integrates self-priming and non-blocking sewage discharge. It adopts a diesel engine-driven axial return flow out-mix type, and passes through the pump body and impeller flow path. There is no need to install a bottom valve and water injector during use. The pump group can absorb and discharge liquids containing large particulate solids and long fibers, and can be widely used in municipal pollutant discharge, flood prevention projects, agricultural irrigation, etc. The pump group has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, easy use and maintenance, integrated or outdoor movable design.

Conditions of use:

1. The ambient temperature is ≤50℃, and the medium temperature is ≤80℃, and the requirement is up to 200℃.

2. The medium pH value cast iron material is 6-9, and the stainless steel is 2-13.

3. The medium weight shall not exceed 1240kg/m3.

4. The self-priming height cannot exceed 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction tube is ≤10 meters.

   
   

Standard supply scope:

1. Diesel water pump unit: diesel engine, water pump, coupling, cooling fan, cooling water tank, steel structure base (including 80-120L of the bottom fuel tank), battery and connecting wire, exhaust muffler, control screen.

2. The standard design is a composite integrated pump group, bottom fuel tank, control screen, and battery pack.

3. According to customer requirements, it can be designed as a comprehensive outdoor type of pump group, bottom fuel tank, control screen, battery pack, and outdoor rainproof box.

4. It can be designed as a trailer (four-wheel or two-wheel) mobile type according to customer requirements.
