Diesel self-priming water pump unit

Overview:

       The ZCSB series self-priming diesel water pump unit is a product with a novel structure successfully developed based on repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad. This pump unit integrates self-priming and non-blocking sewage discharge. It adopts diesel engine driven axial return flow and external mixing type. Through the design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, there is no need to install a bottom valve and water diversion during use. The pump set can suck and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities, and can be widely used in municipal sewage and flood prevention projects, agricultural irrigation, etc. The pump unit has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, easy use and maintenance, and integrated or outdoor movable design.

Conditions of use:

1. The ambient temperature is ≤50℃, the medium temperature is ≤80℃, and the requirement is up to 200℃.

2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.

3. The media weight does not exceed 1240kg/m3.

4. The self-priming height cannot exceed 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is ≤10 meters.

   
   

Standard scope of supply:

1. Diesel water pump unit: diesel engine, water pump, coupling, cooling fan, radiator tank, steel structure base (including bottom oil tank 80-120L), battery and connecting wires, exhaust muffler, control panel.

2. The standard design is a composite integrated type of pump set, bottom fuel tank, control panel and battery pack.

3. According to customer requirements, it can be designed into an outdoor type with a pump unit, bottom oil tank, control panel, battery pack, and outdoor rainproof box.

4. It can be designed as a trailer (four-wheel or two-wheel) mobile type according to customer requirements.
