Introduction to Cummins Powered Sewage Pump:
Our company has developed an intelligent diesel engine water pump product, which is standardly equipped with an unattended intelligent system. The product has the characteristics of high degree of automation, excellent performance, complete protection functions, reasonable structure, simple installation and high cost performance. It is a high-tech product integrating microelectronics technology, digital technology, computer technology, information processing technology, industrial automation control technology, communication technology and mechanical (engines, water pumps) technologies. A number of own technologies have successively obtained national patents.
Features of intelligent diesel engine water pump unit:
Fully intelligent control operation;
Full digital display, setting and control (DDC);
Diesel engine protection: overspeed, low speed, low oil pressure, high cooling temperature, low air temperature (below 4℃), low fuel level, low battery voltage, high battery voltage, uncalibrated speed signal and pre-alarms of pump water pressure and overflow; no automatic alarms such as speed signal, overspeed, low speed, low oil pressure, high cooling temperature, startup failure, shutdown failure, open circuit/short circuit of oil pressure sensor, open circuit/short circuit of water temperature sensor, open circuit/short circuit of speed sensor, open circuit/short circuit of water pump water pressure and overflow;
Pump head and flow display;
The unit is integrated design, and users only need to connect the inlet/outlet pipes and exhaust pipes to work;
The system has a communication interface, which can be directly connected to the control center to realize 'four remotes' (remote adjustment, remote communication, remote monitoring, remote control) monitoring and operation records.
It comes with its own bottom fuel tank and low-level automatic exhaust gas delivery pump.
Maintenance-free battery, and also equipped with a mains intelligent charging device.
