       The XBC diesel engine fire pump set is a new type of fire protection product mass-produced by our company in strict accordance with the national standard GB6245 'Fire Pump Performance Requirements and Test Methods' and other standards. This series of products has a wide range of lift and flow rate and can meet the requirements of warehouses, docks, airports , petrochemical, power plants, liquefied gas stations, textiles and other industrial and mining enterprises fire water supply in various occasions. 　  

       The product has the characteristics of good start-up, strong overload capacity, compact structure, convenient maintenance, simple use, and high degree of automation. It is an advanced and reliable fire-fighting equipment.

The 20kw-280kw diesel deep well pump units produced by our company are directly driven by the diesel engine through right-angle steering gear, rotating shaft and clutch. The installation, operation, maintenance and repair of the unit are simple and convenient. The water pump has high efficiency, stable and reliable operation, and is especially suitable for transporting sandy well water.

Main features:

1. Automatic start: After the diesel water pump unit receives a fire alarm/pipeline pressure/power outage/or other start signal, it can automatically start and put into full load operation within 15 seconds;

2. Automatic charging: The battery can be automatically charged using mains power or diesel charging motor to ensure the smooth start of the unit;

3. Automatic alarm: Automatic alarm protection for diesel engine low oil pressure, high water temperature and other faults, alarm and shutdown when overspeeding;

4. Automatic preheating: puts the diesel engine in a warm engine standby state to ensure emergency work;

5. Direct-connected type: Diesel water pump units below 360kw adopt the domestic technology of directly connecting the diesel engine and the water pump through elastic couplings, which reduces failure points, greatly shortens the starting time of the unit, and increases the reliability and emergency performance of the unit;

6. Users can also request to set other alarm outputs (non-standard supply);

7. With telemetry, remote signaling and remote control functions (non-standard supply);

   
   

Standard scope of supply:

1. Fully automatic diesel water pump unit: diesel engine, water pump, cooling fan, radiator tank, steel structure base, (water heater), battery and connecting wires, exhaust muffler, expansion joint, automatic control panel (using original imported British DEEP SEA 520 full automatic controller).

2. Provide type inspection or entrusted inspection inspection reports issued by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center according to customer requirements.

3. According to customer requirements, it is designed into an integrated model with pump unit, bottom fuel tank, automatic control panel and battery pack.

4. Designed according to customer requirements into a composite outdoor type with pump unit, bottom fuel tank, automatic control screen, battery pack, and rainproof box.
