Generator setIn the range of low speed and medium speed, there is a longer period and more regular phenomenon of fast and slow speed. This is the result of the speed regulation reaction lagging too much behind the actual speed change. The main reasons are as follows.
The internal lever of the speed regulator is loose due to wear of the connecting pin hole.
In this case, the two-way speed regulation movement of increasing or decreasing the fuel supply produces excessive direction change lag. When the engine is working, the speed control response will inevitably lag behind the actual speed change, but the lag cannot be too large, otherwise a large adjustment amplitude will occur. The adjustment amplitude is too large, that is, when the speed has increased or decreased due to the increase or decrease in fuel supply, the fuel will continue to be increased or decreased. Until the speed exceeds the adjustment range of the speed regulator, its strong feedback signal will not pass through the speed governor. The reaction of realizing reverse regulation results in the speed regulation reaction exceeding the predetermined range, causing the speed to rise and fall repeatedly and regularly near it, sometimes fast and sometimes slowly.
The oil supply gear rod is not flexible enough
The fuel supply gear rod of the fuel injection pump must remain flexible to ensure the sensitivity of the speed control response. Use a sensitive spring scale to test the pulling resistance of the gear rod. The pulling resistance of the corresponding cylinder injection pump should not be greater than the specified value. Due to rust, the deformation of the plunger couple after tightening, the grinding of the meshing area between the ring gear and the gear rod after the plunger spring is broken, the severe wear of the sleeve at the end of the gear rod, and the tightening angle of the fork of the fork-type oil volume adjustment mechanism. Incorrect, poor installation or coordination of the thrust swash plate and fly ball seat of the fuel injection pump governor will affect the flexibility of the fuel supply gear rod. When the resistance that affects the flexibility has not reached the level where the oil supply gear rod cannot move, the phenomenon of fast and sometimes slow will occur (if the oil supply gear rod cannot move, the failure will depend on the position of the gear rod. There are differences; for example, the diesel generator cannot start, cannot stall, the speed is not controlled, speeding, etc.)
Improper adjustment of speed stabilizing spring
This is similar to improper adjustment of the speed stabilizing spring when the idle speed is unstable, because the speed stabilizing spring and the oil supply gear rod cannot work together flexibly.
