, the two-way speed regulation movement of increasing and decreasing the fuel supply has caused excessive directional lag. When the engine is working, the speed regulation reaction will inevitably lag behind the actual speed change, but the hysteresis cannot be too large, otherwise a large adjustment amplitude will be generated. The adjustment amplitude is too large, that is, when the speed has risen and fall due to the increase or decrease of the fuel supply, the fuel will continue to increase or decrease until the speed exceeds the control range of the speed controller, the strong feedback signal will only realize the reverse adjustment reaction through the speed controller. As a result, the speed regulation reaction exceeds the predetermined range, resulting in the speed rising and falling regularly in the vicinity of it.
The oil supply tooth rod is not flexible enough.
The oil supply tooth rod of the oil injection pump must be flexible to ensure the sensitivity of the speed regulation reaction. Use a sensitive spring scale to perform a pull resistance test on the tooth rod, and the pull resistance of the corresponding cylinder fuel injection pump should not be greater than the specified value respectively. Due to rust, deformation after the plunger pair is tightened, the meshing of the ring gear and the tooth rod after the plunger spring is broken, the shaft sleeve at the end of the tooth rod is seriously worn, the fork fastening angle of the fork oil quantity adjustment mechanism is incorrect, and the installation or coordination of the thrust swash plate of the injector pump speed controller and the flying ball seat will affect the flexibility of the oil supply tooth rod. When this resistance that affects flexibility has not reached the level of making the oil supply tooth rod unable to move, it will appear that the phenomenon of fast and slow (if the oil supply tooth rod cannot move, the failure will be different depending on the position of the tooth rod; for example, the diesel generator cannot start, cannot turn off, the speed is not controlled, the speed is not controlled, etc.)
The speed stabilization spring is improperly adjusted
. This is similar to the speed stabilization spring when the idle is unstable, because the speed stabilization spring and the oil supply tooth rod cannot work flexibly together.
