The parts of

the oil tank that are prone to damage during long-term use of the oil tank are the welding points of the oil outlet pipe inside the oil tank and the welding points outside. When there is a dummy welding or sand hole in the internal welding area, the diesel engine will be unstable or shut down during operation. In addition, if there are too many impurities at the bottom of the fuel tank, the above phenomenon will also occur.

The cause of failure of oil tank damage

caused by false welding or sand holes in the welding part of the oil tank is that the manufacturer's welding quality is not up to standard or there is a large vibration during transportation.

Repair after the oil tank is damaged.

If there is a false weld on the welding part of the oil outlet pipe inside the oil tank or there is a sand hole leak, the oil outlet pipe should be removed outside the oil tank, and then the oil outlet pipe inside the oil tank should be removed. After the oil outlet pipe is damaged, it can generally be welded by brazing. After welding, the sealing of the oil outlet pipe should be checked.

When there is dummy welding or sand holes on the outer welding area of ​​the oil tank, ordinary welding rods can be used for welding, but the diesel inside the oil tank must be cleaned during welding.

Paying attention to the quality of diesel and doing a good job in fuel storage and filtration can also play a role in protecting the fuel tank. If impurities are deposited at the bottom of the fuel tank, they must be cleaned in time.
