Minor repair, medium repair and overhaul of diesel generator set

Requirements for major, medium and minor repairs of diesel generator sets

Minor repairs: (Time: 3000 - 4000 hours)

Check the valves of the diesel generator. If the valve seat is worn, the diesel generator should be repaired or replaced;

1. Check the working conditions of the Indonesian diesel generator pump and injector, repair and adjust;

2. Check and adjust the tightening torque of the connecting rod screws of the diesel generator set;

3. Check and adjust the valve clearance of the diesel generator set;

4. Adjust the stroke injector of the diesel generator set;

5. Check the charger to adjust the tension of the fan belt;

6. Clean the intake manifold coke;

7. Core cooler cleaning;

8. Clean the entire diesel generator lubricating oil system;

9. Clean the arm chamber, oil pan sludge and metal iron.

Intermediate repair: (Time: 6000 - 8000 hours)

1. A small diesel generator maintenance project;

2. Disassemble the engine (except the crankshaft);

3. Check cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings, intake and exhaust valves, such as crank and connecting rod mechanisms, valves, lubrication systems, and cooling system components.

Overhaul: (Time: 9000 - 15000 hours)

5. Replace diesel generator set turbocharger overhaul kit and water pump repair kit;

6. Align the rod, crankshaft, and other body parts, and repair or replace them if necessary.
