1. Before starting, check whether the circulating cooling water in the water tank is sufficient. If it is insufficient, add pure water to refille it. Because the heating of the unit is all done by water circulation to dissipate heat.

2. The high temperature weather is relatively stuffy and humid. Be careful not to affect the normal ventilation and cooling of the generator. The dust and dirt in the ventilation holes should be cleaned frequently to keep it unobstructed. The generator set should not operate in a high-temperature environment to prevent the generator set body from heating too quickly, causing failure.

3. After the generator set is continuously running for 5 hours, the generator should be shut down for half an hour and let the generator rest for a while, because the diesel engine of the generator set does work for high-speed compression, and long-term high-temperature operation will damage the cylinder.

4. The generator set should not operate in a high-temperature environment exposed to sunlight to prevent the generator set from heating too quickly and causing accidents.

5. In the following seasons, thunderstorms may enter the season. On-site lightning protection work must be done in the diesel generator sets. All types of mechanical equipment and projects under construction must be grounded in lightning protection according to regulations, and the generator set device must be protected and connected in the zero.
