Strengthening daily maintenance is one of the measures to prevent speed accidents.

1. Keep the oil and water used for the machine clean, appropriate amount and no deterioration. In particular, the oil level in the high-pressure fuel injection pump should be strictly controlled at the required position - the centerline position of the screw plug in the lower part of the speed controller housing. The liquid level is too high and the viscosity is too high - the resistance is increased, which limits the speed regulation effect of the speed regulator; the liquid level is too low or there is no liquid level - causing the components in the speed regulator to wear, the speed regulation function is reduced or lost, resulting in a speed accident. Therefore, there is no lubricant or insufficient lubricant in the speed regulator.

2. Carefully check the tightening of bolts in each part of the machine to ensure that they are intact and loose. In particular, it prevents the screw plugs in the lower part of the speed regulator housing from loosening or falling off, resulting in the loss of lubricating oil in the speed regulator, wear of components in the speed regulator, racks stuck, bearings, etc., and lose the speed regulation function and cause speed.

3. Increase the inspection density of the high-pressure fuel injection pump speed regulator and camshaft box, bottom shell, oil pressure gauge, connecting oil pipe, oil cooler, connecting pipeline, water tank, etc. to ensure that the liquid level is suitable, the oil pipe is intact, and there is no looseness, openness or leakage.

4. Continuously improve the safety awareness and proficient operating skills of the staff in their positions, understand the basic situation of the equipment used, use and operate the equipment strictly in accordance with safety operating procedures, and accurately judge and correctly eliminate common faults that may occur during use.

It is particularly pointed out here that after a speed accident, the load is not allowed to be unloaded, otherwise the speed will increase sharply and cause greater danger. It is absolutely not allowed to be directly blocked with your hands.
