1. Keep machine oil and water clean, in appropriate amounts, and free from deterioration. In particular, the oil level in the high-pressure injection pump should be strictly controlled at the required position - the centerline position of the screw plug at the bottom of the governor housing. The liquid level is too high and the viscosity is too high - the resistance increases, limiting the speed regulating function of the speed regulator; the liquid level is too low or there is no liquid level - causing the parts inside the speed regulator to wear and the speed regulation function is reduced or lost. As a result, a speeding accident occurs. Therefore, there is no lubricating oil or insufficient lubricating oil in the speed regulator.

2. Carefully check the tightening of the bolts in all parts of the machine to ensure they are intact and not loose. In particular, prevent the screw plug at the lower part of the speed regulator housing from loosening or falling off, which will lead to the loss of lubricating oil in the speed regulator, wear of parts inside the speed regulator, stuck racks, damaged bearings, etc., which will cause the speed control function to be lost and cause overspeed.

3. Increase the inspection intensity of the high-pressure injection pump governor and the lubricating oil level in the camshaft box and bottom case, the oil pressure gauge and connecting oil pipes, the oil cooler and connecting pipelines, the liquid level and water quality in the water tank, etc., to ensure The liquid level is appropriate, the oil pipe is intact, and there is no looseness, openness or leakage.

4. Continuously improve the safety awareness and proficient operating skills of employees on the job, understand the basic conditions of the equipment used, use and operate the equipment in strict accordance with safe operating procedures, and be able to accurately judge and correctly eliminate common faults that may occur during use.

It is particularly pointed out here that after a speeding accident, it is not allowed to remove the load, otherwise the speed will increase more sharply and cause greater danger, and it is never allowed to block the air inlet directly with hands.
