During the regular maintenance of diesel generator sets, it is necessary to clean oil scale, carbon deposits, scale and rust on the surface of the parts. The properties of various dirts are different, and the removal methods are also different. Follow Haixing Power to see the correct cleaning of common stains in generator sets .
1. Cleaning method of oil stains for diesel generator sets.
When the oil stain on the surface of the part is thick, it should be scraped out first. Generally, the oil stain on the surface of the part should be cleaned in a hot cleaning solution. Common cleaning solutions include alkaline cleaning solution and synthetic detergents. When using alkaline cleaning solution for heat cleaning, heat to 70~90℃, immerse the parts in 10~15 minutes, then take them out and rinse them with clean water, and then blow dry with compressed air.
2. The method of removing carbon deposits in diesel generator sets.
To remove carbon deposits, you can use a simple mechanical removal method, that is, to remove them with a metal brush or a scraper, but this method is not easy to remove carbon deposits, and it is easy to damage the surface of the parts. Try to use chemical methods to remove carbon deposits, that is, first use a decarbonization agent (chemical solution) to heat to 80~90℃, expand and soften the carbon deposits on the parts, and then use a brush, etc. to remove them.
3. Method of removing scale for diesel generator sets.
Scale generally adopts chemical cleaning method. Add the chemical solution to remove scale to the coolant. After the engine works for the corresponding time, replace the coolant. Commonly used chemical solutions to remove scale include: sodium or hydrochloric acid solution, sodium fluoride hydrochloric acid descaling agent and phosphoric acid descaling agent. Phosphoric acid descaling agent is suitable for removing scale on aluminum alloy parts.
Regularly 'reducing the burden' of generator sets can ensure normal and efficient operation, which is crucial to the enterprise. We cannot wait until the equipment fails before considering whether it is cleaned up in place.
