1. Cleaning methods for oil pollution in diesel generator sets

When the oil stain on the surface of the parts is thick, it should be scraped out first. Generally, the oil stain on the surface of the parts should be cleaned in hot cleaning fluid. Commonly used cleaning fluids include alkaline cleaning fluid and synthetic detergent. When using alkaline cleaning fluid for thermal cleaning, heat it to 70~90℃, immerse the parts for 10~15 minutes, then take them out and rinse them with clean water, and then blow them dry with compressed air.

2. How to remove carbon deposits from diesel generator sets

Carbon deposits can be removed using a simple mechanical removal method, that is, using a metal brush or scraper. However, this method is not easy to remove the carbon deposits, and it is easy to damage the surface of the parts. Try to use chemical methods to remove carbon deposits, that is, use carbon removal first. The agent (chemical solution) is heated to 80~90℃ to expand and soften the carbon deposits on the parts, and then remove them with a brush.

3. How to remove scale from diesel generator sets

Scale is generally removed by chemical methods. The chemical solution for removing scale is added to the coolant. After the engine has been running for a corresponding period of time, the coolant is replaced. Commonly used chemical solutions for removing scale include: sodium chloride solution or hydrochloric acid solution, sodium fluoride hydrochloric acid Descaler and phosphoric acid descaler, phosphoric acid descaler is suitable for removing scale on aluminum alloy parts.
