1. What systems does the basic equipment of diesel generator set include?
Answer: The diesel generator set mainly includes six major systems, namely: (1) engine oil lubrication system; (2) fuel system; (3) control and protection system; (4) cooling and cooling system; (5) exhaust system; (6) starting system.

2. What is the relationship between apparent power, active power, rated power, maximum power and economic power of diesel generator sets?
Answer: 1. 5. Why do you need to change the oil and oil filter after the new machine is used for a period of time?
Answer: Because impurities inevitably enter the oil pan during the running-in period of the new machine, causing the oil and oil filter to undergo physical or chemical changes.

6. Why should the smoke exhaust pipe be inclined downward by 5-10 degrees when installing a diesel generator set?
Answer: It is mainly to prevent rainwater from entering the smoke exhaust pipe, resulting in major accidents.

7. Why is the use site of diesel generator sets required to have smooth air?
Answer: The output of the diesel engine is directly affected by the amount of air inhaled and the quality of the air, and the generator must have sufficient air for cooling. Therefore, the use site must be smooth.

8. How to identify fake and inferior fake domestic diesel engines?
Answer: First check whether there is a factory certificate and product certificate. They are 'identity certificates' for diesel engines, and they must be found. Check the three major numbers on the certificate again
1. Nameplate number;
2. Body number (in actual objects, generally on the plane mechanically cut and processed at the flywheel end, the font is convex);
3. Oil pump nameplate number. Checking these three numbers with the actual numbers on the diesel engine must be accurate. If you find any doubts, you can report these three numbers to the manufacturer for verification.

9. Why is it not allowed to operate for a long time when the diesel generator set is below the rated power of 50%.
Answer: Because when operating at a rated power of 50%, the oil consumption of the diesel generator set will increase, the diesel engine will easily form carbon, increase the failure rate, and shorten the overhaul cycle.
