2. There are problems with the gears and couplings connected to the diesel This type of fault is mainly manifested in poor gear choking, serious wear of the gear teeth, poor lubrication of the gear, skewed and misaligned coupling, tooth shape, wrong tooth pitch, tooth gap, or serious wear, which will cause vibration. generator set .

3. Defects in the structure and installation of the diesel generator set itself. This failure is mainly manifested in the elliptical journal, the bent shaft, the gap between the shaft and the bearing shell is too large or too small, the installation foundation of the bearing seat, foundation plate, a part of the foundation, and even the entire diesel generator set are not stiff enough, the fixing between the diesel generator set and the foundation plate is not firm, the bolts of the foot are loose, and the looseness between the bearing seat and the foundation plate, etc. The gap between the shaft and the bearing shell can not only cause vibration but also cause abnormal lubrication and temperature of the bearing shell.
