As we all know, the overall performance of the generator set is inseparable from the cooperation of various components. 1. The generator set battery is dry when it is just randomly delivered to the user. Therefore, before use, the electrolyte that has been well-proportioned should be injected. The specific operation method is: unscrew the top cover of the battery lattice and slowly inject the electrolyte until it is located between the two scale lines on the upper part of the metal sheet. After adding, do not use it immediately. You should let the battery stay for about 15 minutes.

2. When charging the battery for the first time, the charging time should not be more than 4 hours, otherwise the charging time will infringe on the battery's service life. However, in the following environments, the charging time is allowed to extend appropriately:

1. The battery storage time is more than 3 months, and the charging time can be 8 hours;

2. The ambient temperature is continuously higher than 30℃ (86F) or the relative humidity is continuously higher than 80%, and the charging time is 8 hours;

3. If the battery storage time of the generator set is greater than 1 year, the charging time can be 12 hours. When charging, check whether the liquid level of the electrolyte is sufficient, and the specific gravity of 1:1.28 should be added.

3. When charging the battery, the battery filter cap or exhaust hole cover should be opened, and the electrolyte water level should be checked and distilled water should be mediated. In addition, in order to prevent long-term closures such that the waste gas in the generator set battery cannot be discharged and water droplets are consolidated on the inner top wall of the unit cell, special ventilation holes should be opened so that the air flows smoothly.
