What causes oil leakage in the generator set?

3. The quality of the static joint surface itself is mainly determined by the accuracy of the processing equipment itself and storage and transportation conditions. If the equipment has high accuracy, the flatness and roughness of the static joint surface can meet the design requirements of the drawing, and pay attention to preventing bumps during storage and transportation, so it is not difficult to achieve static joint surface sealing. However, because the equipment accuracy and process level of some manufacturers are still low, the storage and transportation conditions and management level cannot be guaranteed to be free of bumps and scratches.

4. The operation technology is poor during maintenance. At present, diesel generator sets are generally self-study. Due to the lack of repair technology, one or another problems often occur in self-study, especially when disassembling and assembling machines, lack of tools, which causes the parts to be deformed or even damaged. Oil leakage occurs due to deformation of the parts. At present, the general disassembly method uses the main bearing seat cover to install bolts, screw them into the diagonal disassembly and install screw holes on the main bearing seat cover, and eject the main bearing seat cover. It is difficult to synchronize the progress of the two bolts during disassembly and assembly, which is the main reason for the deformation of the main bearing seat cover.
