Common electrical control problems in generator sets

The electrical control problem of generator sets is a small fault that everyone often encounters during operation. Haixing gives you a few real cases below to facilitate everyone to understand the cause and solution.

1. When the key is turned to 'START', the diesel generator set does not start
1. Check whether the key switch is operating well
2. Check whether there are any defect indications, fix the problem and reset
3. Check the battery voltage. If the voltage is too low, the battery needs to be recharged to full. If the voltage is normal, it is necessary to gradually check whether the voltage signal can be correctly sent to the control link, such as the throttle solenoid valve and the start motor, etc.

4. For the electronic speed control system unit, when starting the motor, use a meter to measure whether the MPU can have the correct AC voltage signal.
5. Check whether the unit speed control system unit can reach or exceed the set start normal speed
6. Check the fuel. Can the transport system be infarcted
7. Check whether the air filter can be infarcted
8. Before starting the unit in a cold area, ensure that the unit is preheated

4. Alarm/stop of high water temperature

8. Check that the temperature in the machine room is not higher than 40℃

5. Low oil pressure fault alarm/stop for diesel generator set
