1. Use in high-altitude plateau areas

Therefore, when working on a plateau, lower power should be used to prevent smoke and excessive fuel consumption.

2. Working in cold climate conditions

1) Add auxiliary starting equipment and use a fuel heater or electric heater to heat the cooling water, fuel and lubricating oil of the cold engine to heat up the entire engine so that it can start smoothly. Specific measures should still be determined based on the actual computer room temperature.

2) Use the intake air preheater to heat the mixture entering the cylinder, thereby increasing the compression end temperature and improving ignition conditions.

3) Use low-temperature lubricating oil to reduce the viscosity of the lubricating oil to improve the fluidity of the lubricating oil and reduce the internal friction resistance of the liquid.

4) Utilize storage batteries, such as current nickel-metal hydride batteries and nickel-cadmium batteries. Pay attention to the heating or heating insulation of the battery. If the temperature of the machine room will drop below 0℃, a battery heater should be equipped.

5) For generator sets operating in high-humidity environments, heaters should be installed on the generator windings and control boxes to prevent short circuits or insulation damage caused by condensation inside the generator windings and control boxes.

3. Working under conditions of poor cleanliness

Long-term operation in dirty and dusty environments can damage components. Accumulated sludge, dirt and dust can coat parts and make maintenance more difficult. Additionally, the buildup can contain corrosive compounds and salts that can damage components. Therefore, maintenance intervals must be shortened to maintain service life.
