First put the stuck fuel injector nozzle into diesel or engine oil to heat it up, then take it out and wrap it with a cloth, then clamp the needle valve with hand pliers and move it slowly, and remove the needle valve from the needle valve body. Drop a small amount of cleaning oil into the needle valve body, so that the needle valve can move repeatedly in the needle valve body until the needle valve can move freely in the needle valve body. If there are signs of burns on the sealing surface of the needle valve, grinding should be done with abrasive paste. When grinding, you should pay attention to the amount of grinding paste and grinding time. Install the cleaned bell valve pair on the fuel injector, and adjust the fuel injection pressure and then reuse it.
