some friends foundGenerator setOil leakage at the joint surface will occur to varying degrees during use. Haixing has done research on this part of the problem and believes that the main reasons are as follows:
1. The quality of purchased or homemade paper pads does not meet the requirements, such as insufficient thickness, improper storage, wrinkles and deformation, or carelessness during assembly, dust and impurities, which are all causes of oil leakage.
2. The oil pressure is too high, which also causes oil leakage at the static joint surface.
3. The quality of the static joint surface itself is mainly determined by the accuracy of the processing equipment itself and the storage and transportation conditions. If the equipment has high precision, the flatness and roughness of the static joint surface can meet the drawing design requirements, and care is taken to prevent bumps during storage and transportation, it will not be difficult to achieve static joint surface sealing. However, due to the low level of equipment accuracy and workmanship of some manufacturers, the storage and transportation conditions and management level cannot guarantee no bumps and scratches.
4. Poor operating skills during maintenance. At present, diesel generator sets are generally self-repaired. Since the level of repair technology cannot keep up, problems of one kind or another often occur during self-repair, especially when disassembling and assembling the machine without paying attention to the methods and lack of tools, which may cause deformation or even damage of parts. Oil leakage occurs due to deformation of parts.
At present, the general disassembly method is to use the main bearing seat cover mounting bolts, screw them into the diagonal disassembly screw holes on the main bearing seat cover, and push out the main bearing seat cover. It is difficult to synchronize the progress of the two bolts during the disassembly and assembly process, which is the main reason for the deformation of the main bearing housing cover.
