4. The air filter is clogged, causing excessive oil consumption. Because the air filter is not cleaned and replaced during use, the safety filter element is blocked due to water and oil contamination, resulting in poor air intake. A large amount of crankcase exhaust gas and engine oil are sucked into the cylinder, resulting in excessive engine oil consumption. It should be noted that the outer filter element of the air filter should be replaced every 12,000km of vehicle driving for secondary maintenance, and the inner safety filter element should be replaced every six months. The air filter element should be cleaned during every maintenance. For engineering vehicles, the maintenance time should be shortened accordingly according to the conditions of use.
5. The engine oil grade does not meet the requirements. If you choose ordinary diesel engine oil, if the viscosity is too small, excessive oil consumption will occur, and it will easily lead to early wear and burnout of the bearing bush. Please do not use ordinary diesel engine oil.
6. Blockage of the oil-gas separator is also the cause of excessive oil consumption. The crankcase exhaust pipe is connected to the oil and gas separator. The oil and gas separator can maintain the good lubrication performance of the engine oil, extend the service life of the engine oil, keep the surface condition of each lubricating friction pair in good condition, reduce the wear and corrosion of machine parts, and maintain the pressure and pressure in the body. The outside air pressure is basically equal, which reduces oil leakage, allows mixed exhaust gas to be recycled, improves engine economy and reduces environmental pollution. The crankcase ventilation device should be cleaned frequently during maintenance to prevent clogging.
7. The air compressor piston, piston ring and cylinder wall are severely worn, and the oil is discharged from the exhaust valve. When such a failure occurs, various valves will be seriously damaged due to oil in the air circuit. If oil flows out from the drainage of the air reservoir, try to replace the piston, piston ring, and cylinder of the air compressor to keep the clearance normal.
