1. How should we solve the problem of generally increasing temperatures in various parts of the stator core during the operation of the generator set?
Answer: If the temperature and temperature rise of each part of the stator core exceeds the normal value during operation, check whether the three-phase current of the stator is balanced, check whether the air inlet temperature and inlet
and outlet air temperature difference and whether the cooling water system of the air cooler is normal. If the cooling water is interrupted or the amount of water is reduced, water should be supplied immediately or the amount of water should be increased; if it is caused by the three-phase current imbalance of the stator, the cause should be found and eliminated. In addition, contact the thermal engineer to inspect the instrument.
2. During operation, the temperature of the stator core suddenly rises. What should be done?
Answer: The trend of temperature rise at this point and the relationship between active and reactive load changes should be analyzed. At the same time, observe the water outlet temperature of the corresponding winding. If it also increases, it may be blocked by the water conduit. At this time, appropriately increase the water inlet pressure of the stator winding and flush to eliminate the scale accumulation in the water conduit. If necessary, flush repeatedly until the temperature drops to the normal value. When the above treatment is invalid, the temperature should not exceed the allowable value, otherwise the output operation should be reduced.
