1. How to solve the problem that the temperature of various parts of the stator core generally rises during the operation of the generator set?
Answer: If the temperature and temperature rise of each part of the stator core exceeds the normal value during operation, check whether the three-phase current of the stator is balanced, check the inlet air temperature and inlet and outlet
Whether the air temperature difference and the cooling water system of the air cooler are normal. If the cooling water is interrupted or the water volume is reduced, water supply should be provided immediately or the water volume should be increased; if it is caused by the imbalance of the three-phase current of the stator, the cause should be identified and eliminated. Additionally, contact a thermal engineer to have the instrument inspected.

2. During operation, the temperature of individual points of the stator core suddenly rises. What should be done?
Answer: The rising trend of temperature at this point and the relationship between active and reactive load changes should be analyzed. At the same time, the outlet water temperature of the corresponding winding should be observed. If it also rises, the water conduit may be blocked. At this time, appropriately increase the water inlet of the stator winding. Pressure, flush to eliminate scale in the water conduit, flush repeatedly if necessary until the temperature drops to normal. When the above treatment is ineffective, the temperature should be controlled not to exceed the allowable value, otherwise the output should be reduced and the operation should be performed.
