During the use of diesel generator sets, oil supply is a relatively important link. It is harmful to supply too early or too late. The diesel engine's oil supply time is too early, that is, the oil supply advance angle is too large. At this time, the pressure and temperature of the cylinder gas are low, which makes the ignition delay period long, making the diesel engine difficult to start and run roughly. Knocking the cylinder, the power drops, black smoke comes out of the exhaust pipe, and wear of the machine parts are all caused by this. If the fuel supply time is too late, that is, the fuel supply advance angle is too small, which will reduce the power of the diesel engine and increase the fuel consumption rate, causing the body temperature to be too high, the cooling water boils, and white smoke or black smoke to come out of the exhaust pipe.
Next, Haixing briefly describes the method of adjusting the fuel injection advance angle:
during adjustment, rotate the ring gear of the flywheel to align the timing zero line on the flywheel with the pointer of the inspection window on the flywheel housing. The first cylinder piston is located at the beginning point of the expansion stroke (with hand twisting the push rod to move left and right, and the inlet and exhaust valves of the first cylinder are in a closed state). Remove the side cover plate of the fuel injection pump and rotate the adapter plate to make the first cylinder plunger spring be in a compressed state. Then turn the flywheel in the opposite direction (clockwise) by about 23 degrees, tighten the fuel injection pump bolt (adjust the speed of the speed controller diesel engine is too low, you can loosen the bolts on the connector plate for fine adjustment. The transmission shaft joint is engraved with a division line, 3 degrees per grid, and then tighten the bolts. In actual maintenance work, the oil supply advance angle is generally checked. The oil supply advance angle refers to the crankshaft angle between the piston and the upper dead center of the compression stroke when oil is just emitted at the outlet of the oil injection pump. Because checking the oil supply advance angle is more convenient and accurate than the oil injection advance angle. If the diesel engine oil supply advance angle is found, if you want to know the fuel injection advance angle of the machine, you only need to subtract the value of the fuel supply advance angle by 8 degrees, which is the fuel injection advance angle.
