1. Appearance requirements
(1) The boundary dimensions, installation dimensions and connection dimensions of the diesel generator set are in compliance with the manufacturer's drawings approved by the prescribed procedures. We at Jiangsu Haixing Power think this is very important. If you don't think about it first, subsequent installation will become a big problem.
(2) The welding of the unit should be firm, the welds should be uniform, and there should be no defects such as welding penetration, undercuts, slag inclusions, and pores. The welding slag and flux should be cleaned up; the paint film should be uniform without obvious cracks and peeling; the coating should be smooth , no missing plating spots, rust, etc.; the fasteners of the unit should not be loose.
(3) The electrical installation should comply with the circuit diagram, and the connection points of each wire of the unit should have obvious signs that are not easy to fall off.
(4) There should be a well-grounded terminal.
(5) The signage content is complete
2. Insulation resistance and insulation strength requirements
(1) Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance of each independent electrical circuit to ground and between circuits should be greater than 2M
(2) Insulation strength: Each independent electrical circuit of the unit should be able to withstand the AC test voltage to ground and between circuits for 1 minute, and there should be no breakdown or flicker.

3. Phase sequence requirements. Haixing Power believes that the phase sequence of the diesel generator control panel terminals should be ordered from left to right or top to bottom when viewed from the front of the control panel.
4. Maintain readiness to operate status requirements. The unit should be equipped with a heating device to ensure that the oil temperature and cooling medium temperature during emergency start and rapid loading are not lower than 15°C.
5. Reliability check of automatic power supply and automatic shutdown
(1) After receiving the starting command from automatic control or remote control, the diesel power generation should be able to start automatically.
(2) Haixing Power believes that when the unit fails to start automatically for the third time, a start failure signal should be sent; when a backup unit is provided, the program start system should be able to automatically transmit the start command to another backup unit.
(3) The time from the automatic start command to the time when power is supplied to the load should not exceed 3 minutes.
(4) After the diesel generator automatically starts successfully, the first loading amount should not be less than 50% of the calibrated load.
(5) After receiving a shutdown command from automatic control or remote control, the unit should be able to stop automatically; for standby units used in conjunction with the mains power grid, when the power grid returns to normal, the diesel generator should be able to automatically switch or automatically stop, and its shutdown method should be delayed. The time should comply with the product technical conditions.
6. Voltage steady-state adjustment rate ≤250KW >250KW 3% 2%

15. No-load voltage setting range requirements. Haixing Power believes that the no-load voltage setting range of the unit is not less than 95%-105% of the calibrated voltage.
16. Automatic supply function requirements. The unit should be able to charge the starting battery automatically.
17. Automatic protection function requirements. Haixing Power believes that the unit should be protected against phase loss, short circuit (not greater than 250KW), overcurrent (not greater than 250KW), overspeed, high water temperature and cylinder temperature, and low oil pressure.
18. Line voltage waveform sinusoidal distortion rate. Haixing Power believes that under the no-load calibration voltage and calibration frequency, the sinusoidal distortion rate of the line voltage waveform is <5%.
19. Voltage deviation under three-phase asymmetric load. Haixing Power believes that under a three-phase symmetrical load of 25%, the diesel generator set should be able to operate normally if a resistive load of 25% of the calibrated phase power is added to any phase. The maximum or minimum line voltage is equal to the average of the three-line voltage. 5% of the value.
20. Noise. Haixing Power believes that the average noise sound pressure at 1m away from the diesel engine and generator of the unit: ≤250KW >250KW ≤102db(A) ≤108db(A)
21. Fuel consumption rate. The calibrated power of the unit is 120

23. Run the test under calibration conditions. Haixing Power believes that under the specified working conditions, the unit can operate normally and continuously for 12 hours under the calibrated working conditions (including 1 hour of overload operation at 10%), and the diesel generator set should have no water or air leakage.
24. Remote control, remote signaling and telemetry performance
(1) Intelligent unit
Generator sets above 200KW should be intelligent, and their monitoring content and interface requirements are as follows:
①Remote control: turn on/off, emergency stop, switch between main and backup units.
②Remote signaling: working status (running/stop), working mode (automatic/manual), main units, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, frequency
③Telemetry: three-phase output voltage, three-phase output battery voltage, and output power.
④Interface: It should have communication interface (RS-232 and RS-485/422) and be able to provide a complete communication protocol.
(2) Non-intelligent unit
Haixing Power believes that non-intelligent units of 200KW and below do not have remote control, remote signaling and telemetry requirements.
