1. Appearance requirements
(1) The boundary size, installation size and connection size of the diesel generator set are all subject to factory drawings approved by the prescribed procedures. Our Jiangsu Haixing Dynamics believes that this is very important. If you don't think about it first, the subsequent installation will become a big problem.
(2) The welding of the unit should be firm, the welds should be uniform, and there should be no defects such as welding penetration, undercuts, slag inclusions and pores. The welding slag and welding medicine should be cleaned; the paint film should be uniform, without obvious cracks or falling off; the plating layer should be smooth, without leakage plating spots, rust, etc.; the unit fasteners should not be loose.
(3) The electrical installation should comply with the circuit diagram, and there should be obvious signs that it is not easy to fall off at the connections of each conductor of the unit.

2. Insulation resistance and insulation strength requirements
(1) Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance of each independent electrical circuit to the ground and between the circuit should be greater than 2M
(2) Insulation strength: The independent electrical circuits of the unit should be able to withstand the AC test voltage for 1 minute, and there should be no breakdown or flickering.

3. Phase sequence requirements. Haixing Power believes that the phase sequence of the terminals of the diesel generator set control screen should be sorted from left to right or from top to bottom from front of the control screen.
4. Maintain the requirements for preparing for operation status. The unit should have a heating device to ensure that the oil temperature and cooling medium temperature during emergency start-up and rapid loading are not less than 15℃.
5. Reliability check for automatic power supply and automatic shutdown
(1) After connecting to the start command of automatic control or remote control, the diesel power generation should be able to start automatically.
(2) Haixing Power believes that when the unit fails automatically after the unit starts automatically, a startup failure signal should be sent; when a backup unit is provided, the program startup system should be able to automatically pass the startup command to another backup unit.
(3) The time from issuing the automatic start command to supply power to the load should not exceed 3 minutes
(4) After the diesel generator is successfully started automatically, the first load should not be less than 50% of the calibration load.
(5) After connecting to the shutdown command of automatic control or remote control, the unit should be able to shut down automatically; for backup units used in conjunction with the mains power grid, when the power grid returns to normal, the diesel generator should be able to switch automatically or shut down automatically, and the shutdown delay time of the shutdown method should comply with the product technical conditions.

18. Sine distortion rate of line voltage waveform. Haixing Dynamics believes that under no-load calibration voltage and calibration frequency, the sinusoidal distortion rate of the linear voltage waveform is <5%.
19. Voltage deviation under three-phase asymmetric load. Haixing Power believes that under a three-symmetric load of 25% and a resistive load of 25% calibration phase power is added to any phase, the unit should be able to work normally, with the maximum or minimum value of the line voltage and 5% of the average value of the three-line voltage.
20. Noise. Haixing Power believes that the average noise sound pressure value 1m away from the unit diesel engine and generator: ≤250KW >250KW ≤102db(A) ≤108db(A)

23. Operate test under calibration conditions. Haixing Power believes that under the specified working conditions, the unit can operate normally and continuously for 12 hours in calibration conditions (including 10% overload operation for 1 hour), and the diesel generator set should be free of water and air leakage.
24. Remote control, remote signal and telemetry performance
(1) Intelligent unit generator
sets with a power supply of more than 200KW should be intelligent, and their monitoring content and interface requirements are as follows:
① Remote control: on/off, emergency stop, switch the main and spare units.
② Remote signal: working state (operation/stop), working mode (automatic/manual), main units, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, frequency
③ Telemetry: three-phase output voltage, three-phase output dynamic battery voltage, output power.
④Interface: It should have a communication interface (RS-232 and RS-485/422) and be able to provide a complete communication protocol.
(2) Non-intelligent unit
Haixing Power believes that non-intelligent units with 200KW or below have no remote control, remote signal and telemetry requirements.
