   (2) The excitation winding of the main generator is seriously short-circuited and the excitation winding current of the exciter is very large. The excitation winding of the main generator is severely heated, the vibration increases, and the DC resistance of the excitation winding is much smaller than the normal value. Replace the short-circuit coil.
   (3) When the automatic voltage regulator fails at rated speed, measure whether the output DC current value of the automatic voltage regulator is equal to the factory no-load characteristics of the motor, and check the automatic voltage regulator
