3. Structural design of HX12-2000kW brushless three synchronous generator series
The integrated convex pole rotor, the magnetic pole winding is directly wound on the pole body, the core is ventilation design, the heat dissipation effect is good, the winding temperature rise margin is large, the rotor is equipped with a fully damped winding, the parallel operation is stable, the cylindrical steel plate base has a precision appearance, small overall size, light weight, novel shape, high AVR automatic pressure regulation accuracy, good overall solid seal three-proof and vibration resistance performance, the overall structure is a single machine (with excitation box) and a small set (with control box, the transmission end end cover has two structures: one is the end cover with a convex stop, and the other is the end cover is integrated with the coupling seat, which is convenient for direct installation of the unit.
