Introduction to 300 low gas gas
The 8300 low-concentration gas generator set is developed based on the 8300 high-concentration gas generator set, and is mainly suitable for mixed gas gases in the concentration range of 8%-30%.
Conditions of use:
Low-concentration gas source conditions: Low-concentration gas gas delivery pressure 5~15kPa pressure change rate ≤1kPa/min, change rate ≤5%/min; impurity particle size ≤5μm, impurity content ≤30mg/Nm3, moisture content ~40mg/Nm3 does not contain free water, gas temperature ~40℃, sulfur content ≤20mg/Nm3.
Technical Features:
It is suitable for the gas concentration range of 8% to 30%, and is suitable for the characteristics of large fluctuations in the coalbed methane gas source, which can ensure the continuous and constant output power of the unit.
The low-concentration gas conveying system uses flame cold wall fire extinguishing, wet water sealing, wet water mist companion to ensure transportation. For pipe systems with a long conveying distance, mixed fine water mist companion can also be used to deal with it.
It adopts electronically controlled mixer technology and closed-loop automatic control technology.
The ignition system produced by the United States from TnoNIc is adopted to obtain high ignition energy and ignition time to ensure the reliability of ignition.
The generator set has a low rotation speed, which reduces engine wear, extends the service life of the machine, and reduces the reserve of spare parts.
