Conditions of use:
Low-concentration gas source conditions: low-concentration gas delivery pressure 5~15kPa, pressure change rate ≤1kPa/min, change rate ≤5%/min; impurity particle size ≤5μm, impurity content ≤30mg/Nm3, moisture content ~40mg/Nm3 Does not contain free water, gas temperature ~40℃, sulfur content ≤20mg/Nm3.
Technical features:
It is suitable for the gas concentration range of 8% to 30%, suitable for the characteristics of large fluctuations in the coal bed methane gas source, and can ensure that the output power of the unit remains constant.
The low-concentration gas transportation system uses flame cold wall extinguishing and fire blocking, wet water sealing fire blocking, wet water mist accompanying and other measures to ensure transportation. For pipe systems with long transportation distances, mixed fine water mist accompanying can also be used to deal with it.
