2. Principle of biogas power generation
The process of biogas power generation using microbial metabolism to produce various products is called fermentation. Biogas fermentation, also known as anaerobic digestion, anaerobic fermentation and methane fermentation, refers to the complex organisms that form mixed gases such as methane and carbon dioxide (biogas) under certain moisture, temperature and anaerobic conditions through the catalysis and metabolism of various microorganisms of various types, huge quantities and different functions. The collected biogas is burned through the engine of the generator set , which is the form of an internal combustion engine. The rotor winding of the generator is driven by the torque after work to complete the power generation process.
III. Requirements for biogas from 135 biogas generator sets
The impurity content in biogas such as Si and HS should be controlled within the corresponding range. The temperature of biogas is 10~60 ℃ and the pressure is 0~5kpa. Generally, biogas treated with anaerobic treatment of poultry and livestock manure can meet the temperament requirements of power generation. The biogas treatment of sewage needs to be desulfurized and other treatments, and the biogas landfill needs to be dehydrated and other treatments.
4. Precautions for use
The oil added should not exceed the highest scale of the dipstick, as excessive amounts of the filling will cause damage to the engine.
Refilling the oil from the fill port (direction pointed by the arrow). After filling in, start the engine and let it run at low speed for a few minutes
Used engine oil and oil filters are repair waste. In order to prevent environmental pollution, the constitution should be followed.
In some cases, if you need to open the cooling duct when the engine is hot, you need to read the instructions provided by the manufacturer carefully.
