The project was listed as the National Key 863 Program in 2009 and the National Torch Program in 2010.
In September 2012, the 'Key Techniques and Equipment Development of Coal Mine's Waste Gas Utilization' project passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology and was listed as a key promotion and demonstration project of advanced applicable technologies of the National Energy Administration.

Exhaust air treatment volume: 60000m3/h, 80000m3/h
Methane oxidation rate: ≥97%;
Stable operating concentration: ≤0.3%;
Temperature difference between inlet and outlet gas: ≤60℃;
Parameters of saturated steam: pressure ≥0.8MPa, temperature ≥170℃, pressure and temperature fluctuations ≤±5%;
Parameters of superheated steam: pressure ≥2.5MPa, temperature ≥400℃, pressure and temperature fluctuations ≤±5%.
