Type 300 orchid gas coking gas series:
orchid gas is a by-product of coal-to-yl carbon. Its combustible gas components are mainly H2, CO, CH4. Its high content of H2, H2S and SO2 has become a barrier to the power generation of orchid gas. At present, the production of orchid gas by-products of the domestic orchid industry is huge and almost unused. They are directly discharged or burned in air, which not only pollutes the environment but also causes a great waste of energy. The successful development of the 8300D/ML-2 (600r/min, 500kW) type lancharcoal gas generator set fills this domestic gap. The orchid gas used in the generator set test has not undergone any treatment for decomposition and pressure stabilization. The gas contains a large amount of moisture, tar, acid gas and solid impurities. It operates continuously and stably at a full load of 500kW, and the unit's operating parameters and indicators are normal.
