3. Unit maintenance and cleaning

1. Generator setMaintenance must be carried out in the shutdown state. In order to ensure that the generator set will not start accidentally, the negative cable of the starting battery must be removed from the generator set before cleaning.

2. Both the inside and outside of the alternator should be cleaned regularly, and the frequency of cleaning will vary depending on the environment where the unit is located. Before cleaning, disconnect all power supplies, wipe off all dust, dirt, oil stains, water or any liquid on the surface, and clean the ventilation mesh. If the dust accidentally enters the coil, it will cause the coil to overheat or damage the insulation. , so use a vacuum cleaner to suck up dust and dirt, do not use air blowing or high-pressure water spray to clean;
