1. Product Overview

2. Unit characteristics

The unmovable Wandi diesel generator set is assembled by diesel engines, generators, chassis, couplings and control systems. The control system includes a voltmeter, frequency meter, ammeter, DC meter, water temperature meter, oil temperature meter, oil pressure meter, oil level indicator, protection and switching system, etc. The unit start mode can choose manual start, electric start or self-loading, self-cutting, self-starting mode according to needs. According to user needs, the unit can be equipped with a bottom fuel tank and four protections, and can be equipped with low noise, fully automatic or multiple parallel systems.

4. Check the fuel injector

Fuel injectors are key components of diesel engines, with good materials and excellent manufacturing technology. If the fuel injection pump is normal, the fuel injector is poorly working, and the diesel cannot burn normally, resulting in increased fuel consumption of the diesel engine, decreased power, increased carbon deposits in the cylinder, and increased wear of the machine parts. Therefore, the fuel injector must be regularly maintained and maintained.

• Fuel injector performance check

• (1) Check the fuel injection quality of the injector
  slowly and continuously press the tester handle to check the fuel injection quality of the injector. For fuel injectors with good performance, there should be obvious and clear burst sounds when injecting fuel, the atomization cone angle meets the regulations, and there is no subsequent oil dripping. Otherwise, the fuel injector should be cleaned again or the pairs should be replaced.

• (2) When checking the fuel injection pressure of the injector
  , relax the pressure regulating screws on the injector of the generator set, install the injector on the tester, and repeatedly press the handle on the tester up and down to fill the injector and high-pressure oil pipe with diesel. Then slowly press the handle while paying attention to the oil pressure gauge reading. When the reading starts to drop, it is the opening pressure of the fuel injector, and its value should meet the standard requirements.
