2. Unit characteristics

Wudong Wandi diesel generator set is assembled from diesel engine, generator, chassis, coupling and control system. The control system includes voltmeter, frequency meter, ammeter, DC meter, water temperature meter, oil temperature meter and oil pressure meter. , oil level indication, protection and switching system, etc. The starting method of the unit can be selected from manual start, electric start or self-starting, self-cutting and self-starting according to needs. According to user needs, the unit can be equipped with a bottom fuel tank, four protections, and can be equipped with low-noise, fully automatic or multiple parallel systems.

4. Inspection of fuel injector

If the fuel injection pump is normal and the fuel injector is not working properly, the diesel cannot burn normally, which will lead to increased fuel consumption of the diesel engine, reduced power, increased carbon deposits in the cylinder, and increased wear of the machine parts. Therefore, regular maintenance and upkeep must be carried out on the injectors.

• Fuel injector performance check

• (1) Inspection of the fuel injection quality of the injector
  Slowly and continuously press the tester handle to check the injection quality of the injector. A fuel injector with good performance should have an obvious and clear popping sound when injecting fuel, the atomization cone angle meets the requirements, and there is no late dripping of oil. Otherwise, the fuel injector should be re-cleaned or spare parts should be replaced.

• (2) Check the injection pressure of the injector
  During inspection, loosen the pressure regulating screw on the fuel injector of the generator set, install the fuel injector on the tester, and press the handle on the tester up and down repeatedly to fill the fuel injector and high-pressure oil pipe with diesel. Then slowly press the handle while observing the oil pressure gauge reading. When the reading starts to drop, it is the opening pressure of the injector, and its value should meet the standard requirements.
