4. Analysis of abnormal sound of the unit

1. The fuel injection time of the diesel engine is too early or too late: there is a rhythmic crisp metal knocking sound or a low and unclear knocking sound in the cylinder. At this time, the injection advance angle should be adjusted;

2. The connecting rod bearing bush is worn and the fitting gap is too large: During operation, the impact of the mechanical parts is heard in the crankcase. When the diesel engine speed is suddenly reduced, a heavy and powerful impact sound can be heard. If this situation occurs, the bearing bush should be disassembled and inspected if necessary. replace;

3. The piston pin and the connecting rod small end bushing hole are too loose: there is a light and sharp sound when the diesel engine is running, which is especially clear when running at constant speed. Replace the connecting rod small end bushing to make it within the specified clearance range;

4. The gap between the piston and the cylinder liner is too large: a knocking sound is heard on the outer wall of the cylinder when the diesel engine is running, and the knocking sound intensifies when the speed increases. At this time, the piston should be replaced or the cylinder liner should be replaced depending on the wear condition;

5. The diesel engine valve spring is broken, the tappet is bent, and the push rod sleeve is worn: there is a rhythmic slight knocking sound throughout the cylinder. At this time, the diesel engine parts should be inspected and damaged parts should be replaced, and the valve clearance should be corrected;

6. The radial clearance of the rolling main bearing of the crankshaft is too small: the diesel engine makes a particularly sharp sound during operation, and the sound becomes clearer when the throttle is increased; the radial clearance of the rolling main bearing of the crankshaft is too large: a 'huohuo' sound is made during operation.
