Medium-speed and high-power ZC330ZLC/S series LNG/diesel intrinsic multi-point injection dual-fuel engine. The ZC330ZLC/S series dual-fuel engine adopts an essential design, and the natural gas supply system is in the engine room under any circumstances; it adopts domestic quasi-internally mixed gas electronically controlled multi-point injection technology. The engine can switch working status according to actual working conditions, and can work on LNG dual fuel or diesel alone. It realizes the ratio of gas and diesel injection through the electronic control unit, so that the engine is always running in the best condition and saves diesel without affecting the power output. The fuel replacement rate at part load points can reach 85%, and the fuel replacement rate at full load is not less than 70%. More economical: Liquefied natural gas (LNG) gas supply system: mainly composed of gas inlet pipe assembly, corrugated double-wall hose assembly, and injection valve assembly, used to provide the engine with the required flow and pressure of gas fuel.
More advanced: Gas control system: It adopts the world's representative Heinzmann controller MVC01-24 and the gas injection valve Megasol 250 with double-wall structure. Electronic control speed control system: It adopts the combination of speed control actuator RE2800 and controller. Heinzmann electronic controller MVC 01-24 outputs a 0~1A speed control signal to the built-in electromagnetic coil of RE2800. The electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force. To control the output fuel supply of RE2800, it effectively controls the diesel supply of the engine and provides technical support for the realization of a high replacement rate of engine gas. Compared with traditional mechanical hydraulic speed regulators, the RE2800 electronic hydraulic speed regulator has large torque and high reliability.
