Zichai Z170 series dual-fuel engine is a new energy-saving engine designed and developed based on the Z170 series diesel engine, fully absorbing domestic and foreign advanced technology and design ideas, and maintaining its good power, economy, reliability and other advantages. .


Zichai Z170 series dual-fuel engines adopt electronically controlled multi-point injection technology. The engine can switch working status according to actual working conditions. It can work on LNG-diesel dual fuel or on diesel alone. It realizes the ratio of gas and diesel injection through the electronic control unit, so that the engine is always running, saving diesel without affecting the power output, thereby achieving energy saving and emission reduction effects. The comprehensive fuel replacement rate is 75%, and the fuel replacement rate is 85%. %. The common working conditions of ships are mostly low speed and high torque. The dual fuel mode can meet the low load gas filling demand. Under low load conditions, the 10% load point can enter the dual fuel mode, and the replacement rate can reach more than 40%.
