The entire operation process of the generator set consists of five parts: preparation before starting, starting, running, shutting down, and maintenance after shutting down. Each part is indispensable.Some users do not do enough preparation work or maintenance work, which can easily cause the unit's service life to be shortened or the unit to malfunction. 1. Preparations before starting the generator set
1. Check the lubricating oil level, coolant level, and fuel quantity
2. Check the pipelines and joints of the diesel engine's oil supply, lubrication, cooling and other systems for oil and water leakage.
3. Check whether there are any leakage hazards such as broken skin on the electrical circuits, whether the ground wire electrical circuits are loose, and whether the connection between the unit and the foundation is firm.
4. If the ambient temperature is below zero, a certain proportion of antifreeze must be added to the radiator.
5. When the diesel generator set is started for the first time or started again after being shut down for a long time, the air in the fuel system should be drained by hand pump first.

2. Start
1. After closing the safety in the control box, press the start button and press the button for 3 to 5 seconds. If the start is unsuccessful, wait for about 20 seconds to start again.If multiple starts are unsuccessful, the starting operation should be stopped, and the fault factors such as battery voltage or oil circuit should be eliminated before starting again.
2. Observe the oil pressure when starting. If there is no display or the oil pressure is very low, stop the vehicle immediately for inspection.

Self-starting function: When there is a power outage (or other important signal to start the unit), after delayed confirmation, the unit will start automatically (adjustable 1 to 8 times, starting success rate > 99%), automatically confirming that the power supply of the generator set is normal Then, supply power to the load.After the mains power returns to normal, it will automatically cool down and shut down after delay confirmation (the cooling shutdown time is adjustable from 0 to 300s).At the same time, it has numerous protection functions and digital display of voltage, current, frequency, power, power factor, running time, battery voltage, speed and other parameters.

There are two methods of self-starting:
1. Power start, which is the same as the starting method of the basic generator set. The method is to turn on the power first, twist the key, and then press the start button. When the machine starts successfully, press the emergency stop button to stop the machine and turn off the key alarm.
2. Key start: first turn the key clockwise, release the key after the machine starts normally, then press the module's 'Menu' button to enter the module settings, enter the password '0318' as prompted, and press after entering Confirm with the 'up''down' keys and check whether the oil pressure and water temperature indicators are normal. After confirming that they are normal, turn the 'lift' speed switch to the full speed direction. When the frequency increases to between 51.5-52HZ, it indicates It has reached the highest speed. At this time, the normal indicators indicate that the machine is running well and the performance debugging is successful.When it is determined that there is no fault after running for a period of time and needs to be shut down, the operator of the unit will first slowly turn the 'speed up' knob to the idle direction, and the unit will slowly slow down. When the value returns to the position set by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, the unit operator can You can press the 'Emergency Stop' button to stop the machine.

3. Operation
1. After the unit is started, check various parameters of the control box module; oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, frequency, etc.
2. Under normal circumstances, the speed of the unit reaches the rated speed directly after starting; for units with idle speed requirements, the idle time is generally 3 to 5 minutes. The idle time should not be too long, otherwise the generator-related components may be burned out.
3. Check the leakage of oil lines, water lines and electrical appliances of the unit
4. Check the tightening of each connection of the unit to see if there is any looseness or severe vibration.
5. Observe whether the various protection and monitoring devices of the unit are normal
6. When the rotor reaches the rated speed and all parameters of no-load operation are stable, turn on the power supply.
7. Check and confirm whether the parameters of the control panel are within the allowed range, and check the vibration of the unit again to see if there are any leaks or other faults.
8. Overloading is strictly prohibited when the unit is running.

4. Shutdown
The gate must be opened before shutting down. Generally, it needs to run for 3~5 minutes to shut down after unloading.

When an emergency occurs, there are two shutdown methods:
1. When an abnormality occurs in the operation of the generator set, it must be shut down immediately.
2. In case of emergency stop, press the emergency stop button or quickly push the fuel injection pump stop control handle to the parking position.

5. Maintenance matters after shutdown
1. The diesel engine filter element replacement time is 300H; the air filter element replacement time is every 400H; the oil filter element replacement time is 50H for the first time and 250H thereafter.
2. The first oil change time is 50H, and the normal oil change time thereafter is every 250H.
