1. Zibo Chai N28/S series dual-fuel engines adopt dual oil and gas control technology to achieve control of diesel and natural gas injection time and injection volume, which can achieve fuel and natural gas consumption and improve the thermal efficiency of the dual-fuel engine.
2. The natural gas intake pipe adopts a double-wall pipe structure design to meet the requirements of the essential system of CCS specifications;
3. The natural gas replacement rate is 70%~85%, which can save operating costs and reduce the emission of harmful substances such as nitrogen oxides, sulfides, and tiny particulate matter;
4. The dual fuel mode and pure diesel mode can be switched in real time during operation, making it more flexible to use;
5. Meet the emission requirements of IMO TierII and GB15097/stage 2;
6. Advanced structure, stable performance and convenient maintenance.
7. The body and cylinder head are universal and the N28 diesel engine, maintaining the versatility and interchangeability of parts.
8. The gas pipe is designed on the top of the intake pipe to facilitate users to detect gas leakage and deal with problems.
9. The gas injection valve adopts a multi-point injection design, which can control the gas intake of each cylinder.
10. The gas injection valve, electronic control pump and control system all use the products of the 465th factory in China. It has reliable quality, stable performance, sufficient supporting facilities, timely supply, and convenient use for users.

1. Zibo Chai N28/S series dual-fuel engines adopt dual oil and gas control technology to achieve control of diesel and natural gas injection time and injection volume, which can achieve fuel and natural gas consumption and improve the thermal efficiency of the dual-fuel engine.
2. The natural gas intake pipe adopts a double-wall pipe structure design to meet the requirements of the essential system of CCS specifications;
3. The natural gas replacement rate is 70%~85%, which can save operating costs and reduce the emission of harmful substances such as nitrogen oxides, sulfides, and tiny particulate matter;
4. The dual fuel mode and pure diesel mode can be switched in real time during operation, making it more flexible to use;
5. Meet the emission requirements of IMO TierII and GB15097/stage 2;
6. Advanced structure, stable performance and convenient maintenance.
7. The body and cylinder head are universal and the N28 diesel engine, maintaining the versatility and interchangeability of parts.
8. The gas pipe is designed on the top of the intake pipe to facilitate users to detect gas leakage and deal with problems.
9. The gas injection valve adopts a multi-point injection design, which can control the gas intake of each cylinder.
10. The gas injection valve, electronic control pump and control system all use the products of the 465th factory in China. It has reliable quality, stable performance, sufficient supporting facilities, timely supply, and convenient use for users.
