Zichai L250 series LNG/diesel dual-fuel engine takes the L250 series diesel engine as the parent engine, fully absorbs domestic and foreign advanced technology and design ideas, and is designed and developed on the basis of maintaining its good power, economy, reliability and other advantages. The medium-speed and high-power L250 series LNG/diesel multi-point injection dual-fuel engine is suitable for gas spaces. The L250 series dual-fuel engine adopts an essential design, and the natural gas supply system is in the engine room under any circumstances; it adopts domestic quasi-internally mixed gas electronically controlled multi-point injection technology. The engine can switch working status according to actual working conditions, and can work on LNG dual fuel or diesel alone. It realizes the ratio of gas and diesel injection through the electronic control unit, so that the engine is always running in the best condition and saves diesel without affecting the power output. The fuel replacement rate can reach 90%. The common working conditions of ships are mostly low speed and high torque. The dual fuel mode can meet the low load gas filling demand.
