Zibo Diesel L230 series dual-fuel engine is a new type of oil and gas dual-electrical control LNG diesel dual-fuel engine designed based on the L230 diesel engine according to the requirements of gas fuel. It adopts the key technology of oil and gas dual-electrical control, and adopts a working mode that changes the traditional dual-fuel engine mainly in pure diesel mode and is supplemented by a dual-fuel engine, and can work independently in pure diesel mode or dual-fuel mode respectively. The electronic control oil supply method is adopted, and the electronic control unit (ECU) simultaneously controls and adjusts diesel injection and natural gas injection, realizing map calibration of the full load point of pure diesel mode, optimizing diesel combustion under different loads, realizing adjustable fuel and gas supply time and supply volume of dual-fuel mode, and optimizing combustion in the full operating conditions of the engine. The comprehensive replacement rate of oil and gas dual-controlled dual-fuel engines has been increased to more than 80%, and the replacement rate can reach 90%. Commonly used ships are mostly low-speed and high-torque. Under dual-fuel mode, they can meet the demand for low-load filling. Under low-load conditions, 10% of the load point can enter the dual-fuel mode, with a replacement rate of more than 40%. The emission indicators meet the second phase requirements of the standard specifications of GB15097-2016 'Ship Engine Exhaust Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods (Stage 1 and Phase 2)'.
