Zichai L230 series dual-fuel engine is a new oil-gas dual-electronic control LNG diesel dual-fuel engine designed based on the L230 diesel engine according to the requirements of gas fuel. It adopts the key technology of oil-gas dual electronic control and changes the traditional dual-fuel engine to pure diesel. The operating mode is mainly in pure diesel mode and supplemented by dual-fuel combustion. It can work independently in pure diesel mode or dual-fuel mode. Electronically controlled fuel supply is adopted, and the electronic control unit (ECU) simultaneously controls and regulates diesel injection and natural gas injection, achieving map calibration of the full load point in pure diesel mode, optimizing diesel combustion under different loads, and realizing dual-fuel mode fuel The gas supply time and amount are adjustable, optimizing the combustion of the engine in all working conditions. The comprehensive replacement rate of oil-gas dual-control dual-fuel engines has increased to more than 80%, and the replacement rate can reach 90%. The common working conditions of ships are mostly low speed and high torque. The dual-fuel mode can meet the low-load refueling demand. Under low-load conditions, the 10% load point can enter the dual-fuel mode, with a replacement rate of more than 40%; the emission indicators meet GB15097-2016 ' The second phase requirements of the standard specification 'Emission Limits and Measurement Methods of Exhaust Pollutants from Ship Engines (Phase 1 and 2)'.
