The generator set mainly sends air filtered by dust and impurities into the cylinder through the air intake system. 1. A variable vortex air intake system can be used. Since the intensity of the intake vortex has a great impact on NOx emissions, a variable vortex intake system is used to control the intensity of the vortex according to changes in speed and load, which can reduce NO during the operation of the generator set without sacrificing economy. amount of generation.

2. The use of multi-valve technology (usually four valves per cylinder: 2 intake valves and 2 exhaust valves each) can expand the total flow cross-sectional area of ​​the intake and exhaust valves, increase the charge coefficient, and the injectors can be arranged vertically On the cylinder axis, it is conducive to the even distribution of fuel in the combustion chamber space, and its mixture formation and combustion conditions are greatly improved, making the heat release law more reasonable, NOx emissions in exhaust emissions are reduced, and CO emissions are also reduced. Moreover, the carbon smoke is also significantly reduced under heavy load.

The above two methods achieve the purpose of controlling pollution emissions by improving the generator set technology. For ordinary users who are unable to do this, they can still reduce the pollution of the generator set within their capabilities, for example, spraying water into the intake pipe. Or emulsify diesel to promote the combustion of oil. The harmful gases emitted by fully burned diesel will be reduced.
