Zibo Chai 210 series dual-fuel engine is a new energy-saving engine designed and developed based on the 210 series diesel engine, fully absorbing advanced domestic and foreign technologies and design ideas, and maintaining its good power, economy, reliability and other advantages. The 210 series dual-fuel engine adopts the domestic advanced gas quasi-internal hybrid electronically controlled multi-point injection technology. The engine can switch working status according to the actual working conditions, and can use LNG/diesel dual fuels or diesel-only. It realizes the ratio of gas and diesel injection through an electronic control unit, so that the engine always operates in a state, saving diesel without affecting power output, thereby achieving the effect of energy saving and emission reduction. Its fuel replacement rate can reach 90%. The common working conditions of ships are mostly low-speed and high-torque. They can meet the needs of low-load filling in dual-fuel mode. Under low-load conditions, 10% of the load point can enter dual-fuel mode, and the replacement rate can reach more than 40%. The 210 series dual-fuel engine is mainly based on the marine main, auxiliary and land unit markets.
