Overview:

       The XBC diesel engine fire pump group is a new type of fire-fighting product mass-produced by our company strictly in accordance with the national standard GB6245 'Fire Pump Performance Requirements and Test Methods' and other standards. The series of products has a wide range of head and flow, and can meet the fire water supply for various occasions of warehouses, docks, airports, petrochemicals, power plants, liquefied gas stations, textiles and other industrial and mining enterprises.

       The product has the characteristics of good startability, strong overload capacity, compact structure, convenient maintenance, simple use and high degree of automation. It is an advanced and reliable fire-fighting equipment.

Main features:

1. Automatic start: After the diesel water pump unit is received from the fire alarm/pipe network pressure/power outage/or other start signals, it can automatically start and be put into full load within 15 seconds;

2. Automatic charging: The battery can be automatically charged using mains or diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start of the unit;

3. Automatic alarm: Automatic alarm protection for diesel engines such as low oil pressure and high water temperature, alarm and shut down when speeding;

4. Automatic preheating: Keep the diesel engine in the standby state of the heat engine to ensure emergency work;

5. Direct connection type: The diesel water pump unit below 360kw adopts the direct connection technology of domestic diesel engines and water pumps through elastic couplings, which reduces the fault point and greatly shortens the starting time of the unit, increasing the reliability and emergency performance of the unit;

6. Users may also require other alarm outputs (not standard supply);

7. It has telemetry, remote signaling and remote control functions (non-standard supply);

   
   

Standard supply scope:

1. Fully automatic diesel water pump unit: diesel engine, water pump, cooling fan, heat sink tank, steel structure base, (water heater), battery and connecting wire, exhaust muffler, expansion joint, automatic control screen (using the original imported British DEEP SEA 520 fully automatic controller).

2. Provide inspection reports for type inspection or commissioned inspection issued by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center according to customer requirements.

3. According to customer requirements, it is designed as a composite integrated model of pump group, bottom fuel tank, automatic control screen, and battery pack.

4. According to customer requirements, it is designed as a comprehensive outdoor type of pump group, bottom fuel tank, automatic control screen, battery pack, and rainproof box.
