Zihua ZC330ZLC/S series dual-fuel engines are based on ZC330 series diesel engines as the parent model, fully absorbing advanced domestic and foreign technologies and design ideas. On the basis of maintaining its good power, economy, reliability and other advantages, it designed and developed a medium-speed high-power ZC330ZLC/S series LNG/diesel essential multi-point injection dual-fuel engine. The ZC330ZLC/S series dual-fuel engine adopts an essential design, and the natural gas gas supply system is in a state under any circumstances; it adopts domestic quasi-internal hybrid gas electronically controlled multi-point injection technology. The engine can switch the working state according to the actual working conditions, and can use LNG dual fuel or diesel alone. It realizes the ratio of gas and diesel injection through an electronic control unit, so that the engine is always running in a state and saves diesel without affecting the power output. The fuel replacement rate of part-load ignition can reach 85%, and the fuel replacement rate of full load shall not be less than 70%. ZC330ZLC/S series dual-fuel engines have advanced design, reasonable structure, reliable performance, high degree of automation, convenient maintenance, low fuel consumption, low emissions, etc. They are mainly used for LNG transport ships, bulk carriers, main engines or auxiliary engines. It can meet the requirements of on-board operation, remote control operation and drone cabin.

More economical: Liquefied natural gas (LNG) gas supply system: mainly consists of gas intake pipe assembly, corrugated double-wall hose assembly, and injection valve assembly, which is used to provide the engine with gas fuel of required flow and pressure.
More advanced: Gas control system: It adopts the gas injection valve Megasol 250, which represents the world's Heinzmann controller MVC01-24 and the double-wall structure. The gas control and related alarm control meet the ship regulations, greatly improving the gas system and the engine's own guarantee. This is the first case in China. Electronic control speed regulation system: The speed regulation actuator RE2800 and the controller are used. The Heinzmann electronic controller MVC 01-24 outputs 0~1A speed regulation signals to the RE2800 built-in solenoid coil. The electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil controls the output oil supply of RE2800, which effectively controls the diesel supply of the engine, providing technical guarantees for the realization of the high gas substitution rate of the engine. Compared with traditional mechanical hydraulic speed regulators, the RE2800 electronic hydraulic speed regulator has high torque and high reliability, integrating the advantages of Heinzmann electronic controllers, and its speed regulation performance and control accuracy are of a relatively high level.
