1. Appearance inspection: Whether the outside of

2. Fuel system:

1. Whether the diesel amount is sufficient, whether there is any oil leakage or loose pipe fittings, etc., and remove the remaining air in the fuel system.

2. Lubrication system: Is the engine lubricant sufficient? New engines and reinstalled engines after overhaul must undergo the following maintenance after 50 hours of operation:

1) Replace engine lubricant.

2) Replace the engine oil filter.

3) Replace the engine diesel filter.

4) Check and adjust the valve valve clearance.

5) Check the external screws of the engine.

3. Cooling system: Check whether the water in the cooling radiator is sufficient and add anti-rust agent.

4. Battery: Check whether the electrolyte of the battery is at the normal liquid level, whether the voltage is correct, and the tightness of the connector.

5. Whether the generator set charger can operate normally.

6. Exhaust system: Whether the silencer is damaged and check the firmness of the exhaust pipe installation.

7. Is the environment around the generator set clean and clean up the surrounding flammable and debris.

8. The generator room must be well ventilated.

9. Idle personnel are prohibited from entering the generator room.
