Technical research on low-concentration gas generator project

(I) Research on in coal mine technologygas generator sets

The coal mine gas generator set is composed used in raw petroleum mining farm machinery , and are also drawn from other gas engine technologies successfully developed by Ding Company in the early stage.of a 12V190 gas engine and generator. The main components of the gas engine are developed and developed based on the 12V190 diesel engine

The key innovations of the project are: the use of electronically controlled hybrid technology, gas and air mixing and then boosting technology, pre-combustion chamber technology and full electronic control technology. According to the characteristics of flammable and explosive gas in coal mines , from a safety perspective, special gas fire arresters are adopted. The failure of the unit itself poses a threat to the gas extraction and discharge system of the entire coal mine.

(II) Research on gas conveying technology of coal mines

For coal mine gas with a methane concentration of 25%, according to the coal mine safety production regulations, special dry and water seal fire arrester technology for gas transportation is adopted and combined with fine water mist transportation technology. The gas of low-concentration coal mines is mixed with the fine water mist transmission pipeline and the fine water mist transmission pipeline through the water level automatic water sealing and fire barrier and special dry-type gas barrier. The fine water mist is dehydrated by the dehydrator and then recycled. The fine water mist can extinguish the flames caused by the failure of wet and dry flame arresters in the conveying pipeline, while eliminating static electricity from the conveying pipeline. The auxiliary conveying pipeline terminal is equipped with a special dry fire arrester for gas to ensure high safety in the gas conveying process.
