Zibo Z180 series oil and gas dual-controlled LNG diesel dual-fuel engines adopt key technologies for oil and gas dual-electric control, changing the technical route of the traditional single-controlled natural gas model 'gas inlet and oil retreat'. The electronically controlled oil supply method is adopted. The variable oil supply angle is operated in advance in the working angle of pure diesel and dual fuel modes. The electronic control unit (ECU) simultaneously controls and adjusts diesel injection and natural gas injection, and independently optimizes the calibration working MAP diagram for pure diesel and dual fuel modes to achieve optimization of in-cylinder combustion; improves the fuel replacement rate, up to 85%; the common working conditions of ships are mostly low-speed and high torque, and the low-load filling demand can be met in the dual fuel mode, and the fuel replacement rate is relatively high under low-load conditions; the emission indicators meet the requirements of GB 15097-2016 'Emission Limits and Measurement Methods for Exhaust Pollutants in Ship Engines (Phase 1 and 2)'.
