In order to thoroughly implement the '15th Five-Year Plan' strategic planning deployment requirements of Zichai Company, the new energy company recently held a seminar on future strategic development planning. Guo Liang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Zichai Power Co., Ltd., and Cui Yiqiang, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting. A total of 17 members of the new energy company team and middle-level and above personnel attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Jianzhong, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the New Energy Company.

At the meeting, Wang Jianzhong comprehensively reviewed the company's main operating indicators from 2009 to 2024, and conducted SWOT analysis in combination with national policies, product technology advantages, incremental market opportunities, etc. The meeting proposed the '15th Five-Year Plan' strategic planning idea with 'technology depth, market focus, resource integration, and international layout' as the core.

In his concluding speech, Guo Liang emphasized that the future development plan of new energy companies should focus on four aspects: First, technology leadership, adhere to the R&D determination of '0 to 1'; Second, intelligent empowerment, empowering enterprises with 'smart products +' to empower high-quality development; Third, global layout, setting annual international new market development goals; Fourth, green win-win, collaboratively build a green supply chain, and achieve win-win through high-quality products and services.

In the future, new energy companies will adhere to the '15th Five-Year Plan' strategic plan as the guide, deeply integrate with Zichai Company's strategic plan, so as to achieve consistent direction and pace, and jointly write a brilliant chapter of the new era.
