In view of the high hydrogen and flammable and explosive characteristics of titanium slag exhaust, the new energy company has customized 4 1MW dual-pressurized gas generator sets for a titanium metal enterprise in the southwest region. The unit innovatively adapts to low-calorie and high-volatility exhaust fuels, achieving stable and efficient power generation. At the same time, the unit is equipped with an advanced automated control system, and the on-site control cabinet integrates PLC and Internet of Things modules, which can accurately monitor the unit's operating status in real time, and ensure operational safety in all aspects while optimizing power generation efficiency.
This project successfully achieved a win-win situation between environmental and economic benefits: it can process up to 35 million cubic meters of titanium slag exhaust gas every year, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by more than 20,000 tons. By replacing purchased electricity with exhaust gas, the energy costs of enterprises have been greatly reduced, with a decrease of 20%-35%, saving considerable expenses. In addition, the waste heat generated by power generation is recycled for factory materials drying, and a cycle mode of 'sooth gas power generation - waste heat utilization - production consumption reduction' has been successfully established, forming a closed loop of energy ladder utilization, greatly improving the overall energy utilization efficiency.
