The precautions for diesel generator sets are as follows:
1. AC ammeter: The pin indicates whether it is normal, switch the current switch, detect the current value between each phase sequence, and try not to exceed 10% of the current between each phase sequence.
2. AC voltmeter: Is the voltage indicated by each three-phase voltmeter pin is normal?
3. Whether the oil pressure indicated by the oil pressure gauge is within the normal range.
4. Generator charging meter: Whether the pointer is in the direction of (+).
5. Whether the water temperature indicated by the water temperature meter is within the normal range of 35℃ to 93℃.
6. Tachometer: Is the engine's rotation number appropriate? (1800 rpm for 60HZ) (1500 rpm for 50HZ)
7. Whether there is any abnormal sound or vibration of the generator set engine.
