If oil leaks, you should pay attention to whether the gaskets at each connection are intact and replace the damaged gaskets. If the sealing gasket is complete, check whether the connecting screws in each part are loose. Just use a wrench to reach the specified torque for loose bolts. If the above parts are basically normal and the oil leakage is in the frame position, the oil shell should be inspected. The main inspection part is at the front end of the oil shell side on the same side as the row wheel. Most of the time due to the loose screws of the stand, the wheel will rub the frame angle iron that protects the oil shell under the triangular belt pulling, which will cause oil leakage. 2. Normal wear caused by long-term use of the engine or abnormal wear caused by improper maintenance will cause longitudinal stretch marks of the cylinder liner of the diesel engine, and the gap between the cylinder bore and piston side exceeds the specified value, which reduces the support force of the piston ring accordingly, resulting in impaired oil scraping. Or the internal brace twisting spring inside the oil ring is disconnected from the opening position of the oil ring, causing impurity in the scraping of oil and participating in the combustion, resulting in serious oil consumption symptoms, which are manifested as difficulty in starting the diesel engine, obvious blue smoke appears in the exhaust pipe, and serious oil injection of the respirator. Furthermore, the piston should be facing upward, and the combustion chamber is inverted due to the inverted direction during assembly. Although it will not affect the start of the diesel engine, the oil loss will be quite serious, with the fuel consumption per day at about 0.5 kg.
